BaselineFT provides its clients with information on over 130,000 film and television projects.  Our editors track over 5,000 films in development, 300 films in preproduction and production, 2,300 films awaiting release, and over 50,000 released features.  Our television editors track more than 1,600 pilots, 9,000 TV series, 6,500 MOW’s, and 700 miniseries.  These credits are comprehensive, with both above and below-the-line credits retrieved from fully-verified sources such as the production company, studio, network or literally from the screen!

Released Films
Search by title or by other fields for credits of released films from 1953 to the present. Records include cast and technical credits as well as other basic data such as production and distribution companies, producers and directors, alternate titles, running times, processes, review dates, budgets and, for more recent projects, synopses or storylines.

Search by title or by other fields for film and TV projects in various stages: development, pre-production, production, wrapped or on hold. All records include contact phone numbers and key production credits. Synopses, production notes and estimated budgets are included when available.

Previously Broadcast TV Programs
Search by title or by other fields for credits from aired television series, specials, made-for-TV movies and miniseries from 1970 to the present. Records include cast and technical credits as well as other basic data, such as production and distribution companies, producers and directors, alternate titles, air date, running time, network, number of episodes, and synopses or storylines.

Feature Film Grosses
Search by title for domestic box office grosses from the editors of BaselineFT. The archive of film grosses date from 1985 through last week's actuals. Updates are made every Tuesday (on non-holiday weekends). Films are tracked from opening until the box office revenues for a weekend have decreased to less than $500,000 (select films are tracked below this mark). Distributors, weekend grosses, number of theaters, per-theater averages and to-date cumes are included.

Film Revenue & Cost Estimates
Search by title, U.S. release date, distributor or genre for financial information on film titles dating from 1985 to 2000. Included are negative costs, prints & ads, domestic and international theatrical box office gross and rentals, and domestic video revenue and units shipped.

Database of Academy Award® Nominations and Winners from 1927 to 1999. Oscar® by Film allows you to search by film title to uncover all nominations and awards that a film received. You can also search by year to get a list of films that received nominations and awards in that year.
