Rafi Gordon, President
Rafi joined the company as President in early 2002 when Baseline merged with FilmTracker. Prior to joining FilmTracker in 2000, Mr. Gordon built his career in finance through founding Global Convergence Capital, a private equity/venture capital boutique, and as an investment banker with Credit Suisse First Boston, specializing in domestic and international corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity transactions in the Entertainment, Media, Telecommunications, Aerospace/Defense and Technology sectors.

Alex Amin, Executive Vice President
Alex joined the company as Executive Vice President in early 2002 when Baseline merged with FilmTracker. Prior to launching FilmTracker, Mr. Amin co-founded Fountainhead Media Services, a web development and design firm catering to entertainment clients.  Mr. Amin established his career in the entertainment industry at Miramax Films, Twentieth Century Fox-based Davis Entertainment's feature film group and MGM-based Trilogy Entertainment Group where he managed a creative department that produced 5 television series and over 200 hours of programming.

Lauren Boudreau, Director of Product Development
Lauren came to the company as Director of Product Development in 2002 when Baseline merged with FilmTracker. Ms. Boudreau’s career is a fusion of film and internet industries. Prior to joining FilmTracker in 2000 she served as a development associate with Rumbalara Films, the production company of director Phillip Noyce; website technical support for GeoCities.com; and an array of production coordination and cinematography/camera positions on more than a dozen independent and student film productions.

Yash Dhillon, Director of Operations
Yash joined the company as Director of Operations in early 2002 when Baseline merged with FilmTracker. Prior to joining FilmTracker in 2000, Mr. Dhillon built his career in film and television development and production, working for such companies as Sweet Pea Entertainment and Trilogy Entertainment Group at MGM Studios. His introduction to the entertainment industry dates back 10 years, when in 1992 he worked in the Merchandising and Licensing Department at Universal Pictures. Following that, he worked for Prudential Preferred Financial Services as a financial analyst.

Ryan Williams, Director of ScriptShark
Ryan joined the company in 2002. Before joining Baseline, Mr. Williams worked as a development executive for both Sean Connery's Fountainbridge Films and Trilogy Entertainment Group. At each company he helped package feature films, tracked up-and-coming creative talent, and developed screenplays and adaptations for various studios. Ryan got his start as an assistant at the William Morris Agency in the motion picture literary group.

Jacqueline Joyce, Editor-in-Chief
A former editor in Baseline's New York office, Jacqueline moved to Los Angeles in 2002 to oversee the editorial department of Baseline. Prior to joining Baseline in 1997, Ms. Joyce worked in commercial/video/film production and as a freelance entertainment journalist while attending New York University as a Ph.D candidate in Cinema Studies. She holds a Masters degree in Television and Film from Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts.
