BaselineFT's My Lists

What are My Lists?
My Lists enables BaselineFT users to create customized lists of their favorite writers/directors/producers/executives/projects and any other data Baseline tracks. You may create lists of people and projects in the BaselineFT databases (if you are a current subscriber).

What are Group Lists?

(An overview of your group lists, showing the CREATOR, LAST UPDATE DATE, and ACCESS)

Create a List

Click MY LISTS
Scroll down to CREATE NEW LIST BOX
Enter name
Enter Description
Click ADD NEW LIST

Edit a List name/Description

Click MY LISTS
Click EDIT next to the personal list you want to edit

Delete a List

Click MY LISTS
Click DELETE next to the personal list you want to delete

Add People, Projects or Companies to a List

As you are searching the BaselineFT Databases, you will see check boxes next to each company, person or project. Check off the box next to the name you want to add
Scroll down to the list you would like to add the name to
Click ADD TO MY LIST

View Different Versions of Your List

Click MY LISTS
Click the LIST NAME that you want to view
Select two options from SELECT ADDITIONAL DATA
Click REFRESH

Allow Group Members to Access Your Lists

Click MY LISTS
Click EDIT GROUP PERMISSIONS next to the personal list you're providing access to
Using the SELECT GROUP drop-down menu, select the desired group
Using the other drop-down menu, select the access type (READ-ONLY or FULL-ACCESS)
Click SET GROUP ACCESS
