Login Problems

Having difficulty with logging into the BaselineFT site?



1. I get a message that my username or password is invalid when I try to log in.

Contact a customer support representative who can assist you in looking up your username or password.


2. The site seems to accept my username and password, but I keep getting prompted to log in, or I am stuck in an endless loop of login prompts.
   Your browser isn't accepting the session "cookie" the login mechanism is trying to set in your browswer. Visit the cookie settings page to learn how to edit your browser setttings to accept our cookies.



3. My log in sends me to a page telling me I don't have a valid subscription.
   If you are a current subscriber of the BaselineFT database, there may be a problem with your account. Contact a customer support representative for assistance.



4. For all other login related problems, please contact us via the customer support center and someone will assist you.
